T&T RECYCLED PELLETS

From industrial waste, we obtain reliable and high-quality secondary raw materials

T&T recycled plastic pellets are created from the processing of production waste from plastic processing industries. Each material is carefully selected and divided into three main types:
  • LDPE neutral and colored,
  • LLDPE neutral and colored,
  • LLDPE-EVA neutral and colored.
Our company has 3 specific regeneration plants for the different materials and 6 mixing silos that guarantee uniformity and constant quality. Thanks to rigorous processes and careful controls, the result is a high-performance recycled pellet, reliable in every application.

Our internal laboratory provides samples of recycled pellets, test extruded film, and an analysis report with values for melt index, density, COF, and DSC, guaranteeing the quality of the material.

We operate as an authorized plant for the treatment of plastic waste under ordinary management; for each batch of recycled pellets obtained from our processing, a declaration of conformity is issued, certifying the cessation of the waste qualification and compliance with UNI 10667-1 and UNI 10667-2 standards.
